Atomic Cockatrice This is a painting I did for the back cover of More Strange Eggs, a comic anthology to be published by Slave Labor Graphics. It illustrates the climax of a story by David Ray and Steve Ahlquist, where an Atomic Cockatrice hatches from a mysterious egg and destroys the world. I wanted it to resemble a Buddhist temple painting. |
