"Click"

This was my attempt to do a comic version of my unpublished science-fiction novel, Torque. The story takes place in a surreal, distopic future where everyone is hooked up to virtual-reality at all times, and is personified by an avatar of their choosing. Reality has been discarded--people don't want to see things as they are anymore. At the time this seemed like a very startling concept, but after The Matrix came out, my book suddenly seemed less fresh, and I gave up on it.
